How do I create an Above and Beyond Cleaning Agency Account?

When you book a service an account is automatically created for you.  Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you are ready to go.  You can create and log into your account at this link https://abovebeyondcleaningagency.launch27.com/login

Do you service my area?

We provide service to  Queens, Long Island, Brooklyn.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning includes kitchen, bathroom, living areas, bedroom

 

 

 

Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc.  We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

How much will it cost?

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the booking form.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Absolutely! Simply respond to your confirmation email or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service.

How do I log into my account?

How do I change my password?

Log into your account at https://abovebeyondcleaningagency.launch27.com/login and select “Forgot Password” and enter your email address, from there you will be prompted to complete a password reset.

How do I reset my password?

You can submit a password change request on the customer login page at https://abovebeyondcleaningagency.launch27.com/login

 

How do I change my address?

Log into your account at https://abovebeyondcleaningagency.launch27.com/login  and update your address on file.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account at https://abovebeyondcleaningagency.launch27.com/login and update your card on file.  Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

How do I book my first appointment?

You can book appointments by going to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. You can give us a call if there are issues at all.

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Our techs have all went through an extensive interview process before joining our team.  This included a detailed background check and references. We ensured we selected superstars !

 

 

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If something goes wrong we are here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we will ensure that your standards are met.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security.  Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).  Rest assured we take security extremely seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, all our certified techs are required to have passed a detailed background check as apart of the interview process.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

Exceeding your expectations is our commitment to you ! If you are not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7 day window). If you still are not satisfied, we will provide you with a voucher for a discount for your next clean with a different tech.
